It is so nice to be waking up on a Monday morning knowing you’ve just experienced and had the privilege to capture a beautiful wedding at the Arcade in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. After working with and getting to know Vinola and Chuck during their engagement shoot, we knew this wedding would be special. It started off by meeting Vinola and the girls at the Ladies and Gentlemen Salon in Lyndhurst. Once she had her beautiful hair and makeup done, we headed off to the Hyatt Regency at the Arcade. If anyone out there is just starting to plan their wedding, check out the Cleveland Arcade . It is gorgeous, with an amazing history going back over 100 years. Getting back to this beautiful wedding, we got a few shots of the bride and groom getting ready. Then, what we like to call the “first sight” meeting for the bride and groom. One of my favorite moments to document, it’s always fun seeing the reactions when they first see each other. They were smiles the whole time. Loved it! After the first sight, it was time for the ceremony. Reverend Matthew Humm performed a perfect ceremony. Afterwards we shot a few family formal portraits along with the bridal party. After cocktail hour, Chuck and Vinny changed into traditional Indian clothing, adding a bit of culture to this event was colorful to say the least! A delicious dinner and a rockin’ band capped off event. Vinola and Chuck…….wedding well done!
