It is Sunday morning and I just woke up, I’m starring out the window at a beautiful sunny day in May, the birds are singing and I’m just enjoying a cup of coffee while I reflect back on yesterday. Yesterday was windy and rainy and just a dreary day, but you would have never guessed that if you where around Cara and Mat. We had the pleasure of spending time with Cara and Mat, capturing some engagement style shots of them while they took us around Geneva on the Lake. Cara and Mat are getting married on June 20th, 2009 and we wanted to scout out their wedding location and get some ideas for their wedding photography. Cara and Mat are just an adorable couple that have infectious personalities and the coolest attitude when it comes to their wedding and life in general. We went around town, checking out this little resort town and all of it’s unique qualities. Like, all the wineries, covered bridges, Geneva State Park, the marina and the strip on Lake Road that has all the arcades, miniature golf, waterslides, and concessions you can dream of. Thanks for the tour and history lesson guys. That was very cool. We even went to the firehouse, to check out one of the locations for their wedding photography, Mat is a fireman and we are going to include that into their wedding day. It’s going to be super cool. So, while we did this and even though it drizzled and rained most of the time, I still think we captured some cool images before they treated us to a great dinner at Luisa’s Mexican Grill in downtown Geneva, OH.
